Some promotional copies came with a „FACTORY SAMPLE – Not For Sale“ sticker on labels. Some came with an 8×10 promo photo of the band and an 8-page promo only booklet (21cm X 21cm) with individual first person biographies of the band members. The last page of the booklet had a foldout „COCKNEY REBEL“ logo. There was also an insert (11″ X 12″) of an article by Jeff Ward titled „Rebel Rousers“ from 24/11/1973 issue of Melody Maker.
