This is the original UK vinyl issue, without CREST DESIGN (c) QUEEN PRODUCTIONS LTD 1975 on the rear cover, inner cover and both sides of the inner sleeve.
The corners of inner sleeve are round cut as opposed to [r5986582] which are angle cut.
